Hi, I'm a newbie to forums. I have a 2013 F30 3 series N13 which started smoking (cloud of white smoke) and gave a "Drive Train" error (the car is out of motor plan). Smoking on idle and worse on revs.
So the mechanic said it was the turbo so he pulled it out and got it recond. However the problem didn't go away, the car continued to smoke and this time it was worse. Oil even sipped into the exhaust tailpipe.
So I have recently replaced the reconditioned turbo with a new one but still continues to smoke (car still smokes but not as bad and this time its on revs).
Could this still be the turbo or is this valve stem seals or something else?
