Misfiring on all cylinders

Hello.

2009 528i (E60)
Throwing following codes: P0306, P0302, P0012, P0015, P0300, P0303, P0304, P0301, P0305, P1197

I have replaced all 6 coils and plugs. Replaced the camshaft position sensor, replaced both variable timing solenoids, deleted a clogged cat. I am not sure where to go next. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
