Interested in buying an E46 330i

Hi all,

I am interested in buying an E46 330i - have been wanting a nice one with not too high mileage for a while. Found one at a dealer in pretoria but (I am in Cape Town).

Everything photo wise looks good. But I asked a photo of the dashboard and VIN# (haven't received VIN# yet), but this photo looks....err odd. Car is advertised as being on 136K mileage, something I wanted to double check. First thought was to check for a tamper dot.

Any thoughts on the mileage counter? Not to mention the broken external temp sensor.
