Hi Everyone,
I am the proud owner of a 2013 F30 320D.
I was in an accident recently where i Hit the curb exiting a parking lot. I contacted the insurance and would you believe it, they denied the claim.
So I would like your opinion and even some expert advice if it is available.
Here are some of the Facts.

What is the maximum speed I could have reached and would the Run-flat tyres (Back Goodyear, Front Continental) detach/climb off of the rims at that speed.
Please also see the pics of the scene the following morning and the tyres and rims themselves.
The claim was denied due to the following:
5.25 Prevention of loss
"You must take all reasonable precautions for the maintenance and safety of the insured property. This means that you must take reasonable steps to prevent and/or minimize loss, damage, death, injury, liability and accidents. You may carry out emergency repairs to prevent further damage with our consent."

Thank you for reading, hopefully I can get some solid advice to help me sort my baby out.
HI Guys,
Sorry I did not mention that everyone at any BMW dealership, even the ARC say the Tyre will not come off the rim, even if it is deflated.
Also there is this.
