Bmw e46 auto dme swop into manual car???

Hi all.

I have a bmw e46 318i 2000 m43.
I bought a dme, ews and key chip from a auto car, same nr on dme as mine, but my bmw is a manual.

Can this swop work or must it be a manaul setup?
