the fob key on my m325i

hi there gents.i am new here THE NAME IS SHANDOR. i got me m325i touring and she drives nice.yesterday i check oil on dash it went lower then middle.does that sensors mess around alot?and can any help me with me key to.the battery was changed but does not wanna unlock doors or lock it.is there to way to diy? THANK U
